Alex Hormozi meets Paul Fontinelli, founder of Boulder Adventure Park in Texas, whose $22 million business is struggling to survive.

Despite generating $4.8 million in annual revenue, the park isn't profitable and is running dangerously low on cash.

The Problem: Not Enough Revenue

The park needs approximately $550,000 per month to break even, but is only generating around $400,000.

With bankruptcy becoming a real possibility, Hormozi develops a strategy to bring in cash quickly.

The Strategy: Summer Camp Giveaways

Hormozi recommends promoting summer camps through a giveaway, discounted packages, paid advertising, and email marketing.

He also simplifies the landing page and recommends a video sales letter to improve conversions.

The Results After 90 Days

The campaign generates 3,700 leads, while summer camp sales increase 325% compared with the previous year.

However, a new problem emerges: the sales team can't follow up with all the potential customers.

The business survives the initial crisis, although its long-term recovery remains uncertain.

Business Lesson

Fix your biggest business bottleneck first.

For Boulder Adventure Park, the initial problem was cash flow. Once marketing generated more leads, the next challenge became converting those leads into paying customers.
